5 Year Parts and Labor Warranty
LEIGHTRONIX, INC. warrants their standard products against defective workmanship or materials for five years from the original date of purchase. During this warranty period, any parts found to be defective will be replaced at no charge. Labor to repair or replace defective parts will also be performed at no charge during the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover abuse, shipping damage, neglect, tampering by unauthorized personnel, damage inadvertently caused by the user, preventive maintenance, damage caused by an electrical hazard such as a power surge or lightning strike, or any product whose serial number is removed or defaced.
The sole responsibility of LEIGHTRONIX shall be to repair or replace in accordance with this warranty. The seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to repair or replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective.
Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the product. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
The warranty and the obligations and liabilities thereunder shall replace all other warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
LEIGHTRONIX, INC. supports third party warranties for the length specified by their individual manufacturers. Those who have purchased a product from the LEIGHTRONIX LuxeVision™ specialty product line should refer to their original contract order for details on the specific support/warranty package available to them.
The customer shall bear the cost of shipping products returned to LEIGHTRONIX for warranty repair. The cost for return shipment to the customer will be assumed by LEIGHTRONIX and shipped via an equal priority service shipper prepaid and insured.
